What's included in the 5% transaction fee?

The 5% transaction fee covers payment processing, fraud prevention, buyer verification, and platform infrastructure. There are no additional per-lot fees, per-auction fees, or hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

Is there a limit to how many auctions I can run?

No, all plans include unlimited auctions. You can run as many auctions as you need without incurring additional per-auction fees. The only limit is on the number of lots per month, which varies by plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans except Enterprise. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan so you can thoroughly evaluate the platform before committing.

What happens if I exceed my plan's lot limit?

If you approach your plan's lot limit, we'll notify you in advance. If you exceed the limit, we'll work with you to either upgrade to a higher tier or discuss overage options. We won't automatically charge you or restrict your service without your approval—we believe in transparent communication.
